The staff, hotel restaurant, and location were great. We’ve stayed at three hotels in Hanoi, and we will be returning to this one. Thank you for having us!

Room was clean and well maintained. I was on the top floor with a balcony which was great. Cleaning staff were very slow to come makeup the room though, some days didn’t come at all. Front desk staff were always very helpful. Breakfast was good and came with the room.

I had a wonderful stay at The Legend of Hanoi in Vietnam. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location that made it easy to explore the city. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was well-kept, relaxing, and a perfect place to rest after busy days in Hanoi. I truly appreciated the hospitality and warm service throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would happily stay here again.

This property is top-notch! The staff are phenomenal. So kind, helpful and professional. The manager went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were booked for two nights but unfortunately due to our airline loosing our luggage we were on able to stay 1 night at the oriental Jade. But from the time we checked in until the time we departed they were amazing and helpful! We had two twin beds, very comfortable. The room fit all our luggage. Bananas and oranges were in the room along with bottled water. The shower is huge and beautiful! The bathroom was spacious. We had a wonderful sleep. The breakfast. It is amazing. There is everything, done to order omletes, eggs, bread, noodles, spring rolls, fruit, cereal. Fresh juices. The quality and taste was GREAT!!! This hotel goes the extra mile. I can't express enough how satisfied we were!

Incredible hotel! A sanctuary to come back to after the busy streets of Hanoi. Room was beautiful - exactly as pictured. Service was top tier.
