"The room was impeccable. I paid for a a garden view or mountain view. I reveived a pool view.It was explained to me that the garden or mountain view is always a pool view. That was deceiving. But, despite that I did enjoy our view and large balcony with large table for breakfast or outdoor massage. Staff is wonderful but hotel clearly under staff. You cannot find staff when you need someone at the desk. Or visibly having an on property presence. Also, I requested a airport pick up. But noone showed. After contacting hotel we were willing to wait at airport. But hotel rep was rude and we called back several times and received the same response. We were shocked. Very unprofessional besides no compassion. "

"I stayed in Room 1 on February 16. During my stay, I observed multiple insects in the room that appeared consistent with bed bugs. I documented what I found with photos and video. After discovering them, I reported the issue and checked out early the following morning. I requested a refund through my booking platform. The property initially disputed the claim and stated the insects were "wood bugs." They also communicated that the refund would only be authorized after my public review was removed. Ultimately, the booking platform processed a full refund. I am sharing this so future guests can make an informed decision. I recommend that anyone who encounters an issue document it carefully and communicate directly with their booking provider. Edit: A week has passed and the hotel has consistently gone out of their way to make threats towards me. "

"Right on the beach, staff was very friendly! Only downside was the beds were very hard, if you like a stiff bed this will be perfect! Good walking distance and has nightly fire shows!"

"An excellent hotel in a wonderful location. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast is rich and varied. The only point for improvement is the quality of the room cleaning- throughout our stay, the room was tidied, and the towels were replaced, but the shower, for example, was not cleaned."

"The room was very basic but all in all it was ok. The bathroom, however, was another story. The shower head holder was broken and didn't hold the shower head up, the water didn't drain, so we were standing in inches of dirty water when showering. No shower curtain or any type of partition so there was water everywhere after showering. The bathroom alone made the whole experience quite gross. The balcony door didn't lock and the curtain holder was broken, which made it hard to open and close. There was a constant bad smell in the room, like blocked drain, which might explain the shower not draining properly. If we needed anything (water, toilet paper), we were told we had to wait until 3pm the next day. The staff were not as friendly and welcoming as we are used to in Thailand, we haven't had this disappointing level of service before so we understand it's not typical for Thailand. On the plus side, the breakfast was good, Palm, the tour guy, was really nice and helped us organise a boat trip and the outdoor aesthetic is very nice. We will not be returning to this hotel unfortunately. "
