"Beautiful!!!"

"Chesapeake Beach Resort is overall a wonderful property that provided us with exactly the vacation we were hoping for. As some others have mentioned, the property is not impressive upon first viewing but once you arrive and begin to experience the facility you understand how nice it is. Many reviewers have mentioned the wonderful breakfast and we can do nothing but echo their opinions. The made to order breakfasst options are great. You can get omelets exactly as you like them. Coffee and juices are available as are cereals, bagels, and muffins. The best part of the breakfast for us was the service. My wife was using a walker or wheelchair during our visit and Chris and Jose (the main breakfast chefs) each made sure she was able to get her food out to our table with no issues. They were so friendly and provided service much beyond any reasonable expectation! Eating breakfast out by the lagoon was great as well. The views are amazing. The room was exactly as described. It was larger than we expected with a great bed and the bathroom was well equipped. The ADA compliant shower was great for my wife! There was a fully equipped small kitchen that we didn't use very much. Housekeeping came daily and brought fresh towels and cleaned and made the bed. The pools were very nice as is the beach area. The beach is not a smooth sandy beach, it's coarse sand as you see all over the Keys. The only complaint we have is that the hot tub did not work while we were there."

"We have stayed at VRBO properties all around the USA and this was by far the nicest we have rented. This place was absolutely beautiful, very clean, modern and spacious for our party of 11. The backyard is an oasis with the pool and shaded seating pavillion. The kitchen had every amenity you could ask for. The property listing says there is a drip coffee maker but the kitchen also has a Nesspresso and Keurig machine, that made the coffee lovers in the family quite happy. A manatee came to visit on the first day of the trip. If you're looking for an amazing place to stay in Islamorada then this is the place to book!"

"We had the best time at this little resort! Our villa was nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable. We went with our two kids, 11 and 9 years old. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool was warm but refreshing and the hot tub was hot and relaxing! You can “check out” fishing poles, bikes, kayaks and paddles boards. My husband and kids spent lots of time fishing off the awesome pier on the property. It was so fun! We all agreed that it was such a great place to stay. We would highly recommend!"
