This was the perfect spot for a few days in Key West. Walkable to downtown. Very clean and welcoming. We were able to park right in front of the Porch for free which was wonderful. Roman was incredibly friendly from the time we arrived to when we left. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful property! Very close to restaurants and the dry Tortugas ferry. We were able to park right in front of the hotel. Roman who works at the front desk was extremely sweet, gave us a lot of suggestions and ensured our stay was great.

Great places to stay! My only issue was not feeling like I had enough privacy, cameras absolutely everywhere inside. The property itself was very clean and nice, in a great location. Staff was great about recommending different places to eat. We rented bikes for 2 days and rode those everywhere. Definitely recommend

The Porch was a unique place to stay. We had a lovely visit. The rooms were so comfortable and quaint. They really thought of every detail. It was perfectly located. Everything was so easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this place and hopefully stay there again at some point.

Place was o.k., somewhat underwhelmed. Room is much smaller than it appears in pics. Cheap coffeemaker with cheap coffee didn't work. Bed was very comfortable and A/C was good. Not really a "secure" place to leave luggage until our flight home. Found a place on Duval that would keep it till our flight. Oh, they did give us two complementary bottles of water, upon check in. LOL!!!

Loved everything about our stay. Nice location (quiet, but close to where things are happening), clean room, cool building, great communication. The staff, and in particular the manager, is very friendly and attentive, and took the time to get to know us and our plans in order to help us get the most out of our trip. Would definitely stay here again :)

This Inn is in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to walk to all the tourist spots. The check-in/check-out was done independently and proved convenient. We enjoyed having the porch to hang out after a long day.

Location was great and it was super quiet. Room size was good and bathroom was roomy. The only thing that could have made it better was a pool or hot tub but the court yard was beautiful and peaceful. I really liked sitting on the porch and rocking. Parking was convenient. Street parking is everywhere.

We loved the Porch on Frances Inn and will definitely be back! It is in a great location, close to everything but also quiet. The staff is so friendly and helpful that they were more like friends. It’s beautifully decorated and simple…everything you need and nothing you don’t. We can’t wait to come back to Key West and POFI.

The room was super clean and had everything we needed. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Key West at this point and we plan to come back and stay again hopefully sooner than later :).

From a service standpoint, probably the best I’ve experienced in KW. Super clean and friendly/helpful staff. Like most KW hotels, they are old houses converted, so you can hear neighbors. But overall outstanding.

Great location, very clean and while an older property/house absolutley renovated to like new condition (while keeping its history)! Cold AC, very friendly staff. Will stay here again- great pricing, especially for Key West. Communication from property prior to arrival was clear and exceptional. A++++ in every way
