「ホテル敷地は素晴らしく期待以上でした。宿泊料も安くドアマンの対応もバッチリでした。フロントの人の対応はビジネスライクでした。 部屋は美しく清潔で広かったです。 ただ、食事が…。 はっきり言えるのは、夕食（トレシャムレストラン）は1人2万円以上でしたが、到底、そのレベルの内容とサービスではありませんでした。 ずいぶん前に予約したにもかかわらず、通路の端のような寒いテーブル、考えたくありませんが、私たちがアジア人だからでしょうか？ 甘すぎるデザートが、なぜか2つも続き、配膳も非常に遅いので、4時間もかかりました。そんな内容ではないのに！ もしこのホテルを利用するなら、トレシャムディナーレストランは避けるほうがいいかと思います。」

「Spa access not clearly disclosed and disappointing stay We chose Barton Hall Hotel & Spa largely because of its high Expedia rating and the expectation of enjoying the spa during our stay. However, on arrival we were told that spa access for hotel guests is not guaranteed, as day spa and twilight bookings can take priority. This came as a surprise because the spa is presented as a complimentary amenity at the time of booking on the Expedia listing, with no indication that access may depend on...

「Overall pleasant accommodation although the arrival/ check in process was a little bit confusing, not helped by the poorly lit surroundings. Rooms are modern, warm and cosy, although pillows didn’t have cases and quite a bit of the previous guest’s hair on both the pillow and in the shower.」
