"It was a lovely location overlooking the harbour with a few restaurants within easy walking distance. Downtown Mackay was a simple short drive away. The room was a good size, spacious and clean. Having a little kitchenette was ideal. I would stay here again."

"Fantastic location but very run down and seems to be run by remote control. We were there 2 nights and the only staff member we saw was a cleaner on the morning we left. Restaurant wasn’t open due to electrical issues, which is hardly surprising if you spend nothing on maintenance"
