"The hotel is in a beautiful location, ideally situated between the city center and the beach, and the property is well maintained. Unfortunately, the level of customer service was very disappointing. There was no possibility of having breakfast outside, and we were unable to get a table at the restaurant for dinner despite being hotel guests. What was most surprising was the complete lack of flexibility during a 42°C heatwave. The rooms reached around 35°C, yet the staff refused to provide...
