"Communicating well ahead of time provided detailed check-in info and suggestions of things to do and places to visit in the area. Check out was very simple. Everything we could need in the kitchen and bathroom was provided. It's a perfect place for a family to stay during a trip. Very quick and positive response when we asked for a later check out so we could go to a cave tour. Big yard for pups to walk in. Nice patio furniture which would be great for a longer stay to hang out on. Convenient and nice grill we could have cooked with. Left basic necessities for toiletries which was nice! Access to washer and dryer nice! Loved that they had coffee ready of we needed. "
