"Our family recently visited Brockport for a high school lacrosse tournament. We found the hotel very clean and well maintained and the staff was fantastic. The only disappointment was the business center. I can't recall if they didn't have one to begin with or if it was under renovation, I wasn't able to access a public computer to keep tabs on e-mail. That's as much on me for not bringing my personal computer but when I saw business center listed as a feature, I took for granted that I would be able to do what I needed to do there. (It is unrelated to this specific hotel but it should be noted that I had a similar experience at the second hotel on the next leg of our NY trip. So maybe business centers as a a whole are kind of a dying breed.) Irregardless of the business center, we had a great stay. The staff, especially, were very friendly, kind and helpful. Would certainly stay here again. It shoud be noted that the price we paid made it a great value."
