「They advertised stairs but 4 lots stairs so found it a struggle . The bed was only double not king size bed has put in description. We felt room just not that clean . The staff were very helpful.」

「The staffs were good. The room is sufficiently (but not perfectly) clean. There is not enough water coming out of the shower. Many Premiere Inn hotels have bath tabs, but unfortunately my room did not have. There was no clear instruction inside the room about the room cleaning. (I did not need room cleaning, so I wanted to know whether I should explicitly show it, e.g., by using a tag at the door, or they do not clean the room unless I explicitly ask it, but I found no instruction about room...

「個人的にはこれに尽きました。今回は私用で14泊する必要がありましたが、物価の高いロンドンで外食ばかりするわけにもいかず、スーパーでチルド(冷凍)食品などを買って食べられればよかったのですが、電子レンジが無かったため叶わず。仕方なくサンドイッチやラップ(トルティーヤ系)などで凌ぎ続けました。私が過ごした8人部屋にも2人いましたが、長期宿泊者の存在も把握しているはずですから、電子レンジの一つや二つくらい置けないものかね。 あと、14日間で1度しかシーツを交換してもらえなかった。せめて2度。 それ以外は特に気になりませんでした。ロンドンでベッドにカーテンが付いているホステルはセーフステイ系列とパーマーズロッジ系列くらいですし、立地についても、Elephant &Castleはロンドンで比較的治安が悪いとされているエリアですが、移民系は多いものの、おそらく大丈夫です。 というわけで、今回は比較的長く宿泊する必要があったという特殊な事情ゆえの不便を感じましたが、ふつうに数日間の宿泊する分には、上記の問題も特に気にならないはずです。」
