Awesome property! Great location, great amenities and breakfast, and an awesome staff!! Rooms are always clean and spacious. We stay here several times a year, and are never disappointed. Highly recommend! Feedback: please get new pillows for the beds!!! The pillows are in need of an upgrade!! Travelers - good idea to bring your own pillows.

I booked a room 2 months in advance for a Noah Kahan concert. We got in at 3:30, were told come back around 4-5 to get a room. 5:30 we check and still no room. Girls were packed in the lobby and bathroom trying to get ready for the show. We decide to go to concert and check back after. Come back at 11:30 and we are told they didn’t have enough rooms available because of a water leak… mind you we live 4.5 hours away. supervisor refunded us and booked us at a nicer hotel 15 mins away for free. They said they were just hoping people wouldn’t show up?? They could have been more prepared and emailed us once they knew there was an issue…However, they gave us a solution so at least we weren’t left high and dry. Probably a nice hotel but I will not stay here again because of this.

A great hotel right next to Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village. Staff was great!
