「The suite we had was great, clean and comfortable, although the sofa is tiny. There is good air-con and the breakfast is very good. The pool looks nice but we didn't use it. There are a good few restaurants within a short walk . The beach is nice with private loungers for hotel guests and towels provided. All staff were great, friendly and helpful.」

「This place is awful. Do not let the pictures online fool you. We couldnt sleep all night because we were so uncomfortable with how dirty and dilapidated everything was. Doors slamming all night, super thin walla: we could hear people on the other floors coughing and using the toilets. I found hairs on the beds ans pillowcases, the walls had stains and the adapter outlets were sticking out of the walls, i found a spider on the bed, hence the reason we couldnt sleep. Hopefully there were no bed...

We were made to feel very welcome, the apartment was even better than the pictures suggested and the location close to two tram lines and just outside the heart of the old town could not be bettered. 「I made this booking at last minute because of a bad experience in another apartment and they accommodated me well. The price was amazing given the location and facilities. The pool area was well looked after also and the pool looked really clean. Everything you needed for a long stay is available in the apartment other than cleaning products and shower gels in the bathroom. But it’s easy to bring those items yourself. The staff very friendly, 1 of the gentleman even gave me some lovely fruit one...

The only issue was housekeeping, as the garbage was not removed from the room and the bathroom floor...
