「First stay with Key West Cottages but it will not be our last. I feel like we found a closely held secret when we booked this stay and my experience only reinforced that thought.
Greeted on check in, very kind and welcoming woman. The facility itself is crisp and clean. Well kept and shows strong effort of the staff to keep things nice. Pool was warm and clean. The cottage itself was clean, linens and towels were clean and of high quality. The cottages are quiet. Did not hear other guests...
「While this seems to be a more old-fashioned property, it is definitely very clean and comfortable. I’m a bit of an germaphobe and although I love to travel, some hotels give me an ick. I did not feel icky here at all.
Upon check in we were greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner. We have dealt with three different people at the front desk during our stay and they were all very friendly and professional. We did have an issue with the AC and addressed and it was taken care of immediately....

「The manager was so nice and helpful. That man needs a raise; he works his butt off there. The breakfast bar was good. The only thing I didn't like was the downstairs people, always in their car, smoking skunk weed; it was stinking up the whole place. Plus, they were rude. But that is what happens when you travel. 」

「Check in was a breeze and the receptionist was very friendly. The hotel itself is not new but the room was very clean with updated furniture and floors. It is obvious the owners take care of it. I was only there for one night with an early morning appointment so can't say much about the surrounding area other than it was convenient to my appointment.」
