"朝食バイキングの会場の広さが利用客数に比べて狭くごった返している感じだった。テーブルや椅子の配置間隔も狭く通り抜け出来ず遠くまでいって迂回するなどあった。もう少しゆったり感が欲しいところ。"

"Very solid hotel, and great for a solo traveler especially. The ceiling in the onsen area looked a bit worse for ware, as well as the elevator carpet. Otherwise though very nice place, helpful staff, and a very enjoyable experience. The onsen itself was lovely."

"Rooms were big and clean. Breakfast was excellent - lots of local dishes and fresh seafood. The hotel is close to the Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse and the Ropeway. However, there are not many restaurants or shops around the hotel and the area feels a bit secluded."

"This hotel blew us away in every aspect, the room was unlike anything we have ever seen in terms of design, and the in room bath was filled and ready, the food was very well planned and delicious. The money spent on staying here was not wasted. We would easily choose to stay here again."

"The hotel was a bit outdated, but well maintained and clean. Amenities were thoughtful and easy to find. We were invited to help ourselves to combs, hair ties, cotton pads, and extra yukatas to borrow. LThere was a sauna, jet bath, and an outside bath overlooking the ocean(roten buro). Staff were courteous and helpful. I was glad choosing the option including the breakfast, which was amazing, and had a variety of traditional Japanese, American, and dessert foods."
