The kitchen, while old, is well-stocked with plates and pans and is very usable for cooking for large groups.However, the second-floor bedrooms are a 6/10 at best. The entire house feels tired and is in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean—particularly the stairwells. We encountered several frustrating maintenance issues, including a broken latch on the master bedroom...

Couldn’t have asked for more as far as location (quiet neighborhood) yet so close to the water and downtown. Great small friendly grocery store with quick needs two blocks away. Hosts were wonderful and the place is stocked beautifully with everything you need whether you decide to eat in or venture out.」
