「Great location with easy access from main train station and plenty of restaurants options nearby. We travelled with two young kids and the playground behind the property was handy. However, if you are planning on cooking there is only one old frying pan.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Pencil House over the new year period in Tokyo. The location is quiet and perfect as it is also convenient to get to anywhere with proximity to the metro station. The layout of the rooms was perfect as each of our preteens got their own space and the kitchen has everything needed in a compact space. Communication was very easy with the host and appreciated. Would consider staying again if we are back in the area 」

「The house was centrally located close to the train station, Don Quijoto and convenience stores, so no car needed. There were 12 of us, and we were all comfortable, and appreciated that there were 2 full baths. We would definitely stay there again if we ever went back to Tokyo. And the host was wonderful. 」

「よく整備されていて、シャンプーもリンスもあったし、心配して損したくらいその他のアメニティも充実してた。 駐車場がないのが少し残念。 徒歩5分のタイムスを使いました。 清潔だったし生活音はほぼ気にならず安眠できました。ありがとうございました。」

「Location and accommodation fee is too good if we stay in Tokyo in large groups. If we want to park the cars, we will be able to use paid parking near the accommodation!」

「This house was a great place for me and my son to stay during our recent trip to Japan. We mainly used the house just for sleeping as we were out the door each morning by 8 to start our adventures and didn't return until later in the evening. House has everything you'd need for cooking and overall living but these were things that we didn't use. One additional plus was having access to the washing machine which saved us having to try and find a laundry offsite. The covered parking space was...
