Kawagoe Vacation Packages

Location was ok, not the closest to city center but worth it for amazing staff and amenities. There are many convenient stores and restaurants around and easy to take the metro or grab a taxi into town. Our stay was amazing. Would highly recommend.

The breakfast is delicious. The location is good. Will come again by next time.

Front desk staff isn't good. When I asked bed making, he ordered clean up bed only.

The hotel is in a great location and is easy to access via the Honzomon subway line. There are nice views of the Sky Tree too (if you're lucky enough to get a room on the north side). Breakfast was quite unusual: mainly cakes, sweets and ice cream. It was so popular that I could only get into the breakfast retaurant on one of the three days of my visit. On the other two mornings there were long lines of people queuing to get in. I'd booked the 'breakfast included' option, which turned out to be a complete waste of money. They gave me a wheelchair access room. I don't have a wheelchair and having the toilet right next to the door and not in a separate bathroom took a bit of getting used to. I visit Japan a lot but I don't think I'll stay here again. I was really looking forward to it but was rather disappointing in the end.

I have stayed at the main a few times I was not aware that the views from garden tower would be so good.
