The front desk wasn't so useful if you needed help with transportation or local activities, and there were issues finding the hotel location with GPS and local ride services (there is a sign on the main road but the actual hotel is a ways back on a side road)."

"So outside the property there is a lot of infrastructure developments under way which seems to be a problem in this area od Pune, no fault of the hotel. The hotel itself was an unexpected surprise. The staff are all super polite and helpful. "This was by far the worst place to stay. Filthy & torn bed sheets, bathroom doors don’t lock, manager is super rude. This place is supposed to be a 3 star hotel, it needs to be 1 star hotel. At night the staff members were fighting and you could hear them yelling and swearing on top of their lungs The rooms look like from a horror film, 0 maintenance, the beds are very uncomfortable, the main door barely locks, no hot water for showers.
