"The room was stuffy and smelled of cigarette smoke. The place looked shabby. The towels were dirty. Power would go off intermittently. The only thing going for the place was that it was available last minute, and the beds were horizontal."

"The staff is amazing. Also the breakfast is very delicious and the ambience is very appealing. The wait staff knows exactly what you like and next day you will get the right coffee, bread etc without asking. Also, kudos to the pastry chef!!
They also have live Indian classical music that sets you up in the right mood.
