「Great Villa - Lovely pool, so warm - Ideally located - you don’t need a car but we hired one directly across the road from Villa - Transfer was there when we landed - we requested lactose free milk and it was there in the fridge when we arrived. . Check-in was very easy with key safe code. Air-con very affective. Kitchen utensils good but only used glasses and a few bits. Needed a bulb replaced and it was rectified within a few hours. Can’t fault it. Thanks. 」

「Great villa in a great location for accessing lots of the Paphos area. Pool and garden was perfect for chilling during the day and evenings, and the ping pong table was an added bonus. Area around the villa was also quiet with walkable bars and restaurants.Owner was really nice and welcoming in communications and telling us about the area before we arrived.Would happily stay here again.」

「Beautiful villa, central location with easy access to shops, restaurants and beaches. Clean and spacious rooms, excellent WiFi connection. The villa has everything you would need and the management company were fantastic. Carrie from ROCA was brilliant in resolving a problem with our pool and had someone out to help us in 30 minutes. Great location for exploring the island by car, lots of great tourist sites close to Coral bay, definitely go to Paphos harbour, Aphrodites rock, Latchi, Geroskipou...

「We had a fantastic time. The large house had many bedrooms and bathrooms and was great for our family with young children. We managed to find a path to the sea through the adjacent banana plantation and enjoyed our time in the private pool in the backyard in the sunshine overall it was fantastic. 」

「An absolutely stunning property that had everything we required for a comfortable stay.Ongoing works next door were minimal and did not have any audible or visible impact on us on the two days they were working .Ian was an extremely responsive and helpful host and answered any questions we had promptly.The photos are accurate but probably don’t quite do justice to just how lovely the property is.If we ever visit the area again in the future we wouldn’t even think about staying anywhere else.」
