「Excellent option for anyone needing a home base in Cooper Landing or an early morning start on the river. Two clean bedrooms and 4 beds with full kitchen and grill for a reasonable price. Amazing view of and access to the Kenai River! Only drawbacks are: road noise since you are on the busy Sterling Highway and no table inside to play games or sit everyone around for a meal. Outside picnic table is provided. Also, step up into the bedroom and bath area from the LR/kitchen is a bit hazardous...

「We were so impressed with the attention to detail we found in this immaculate home. The kitchen was stocked not only with plenty of dishes and glasses but also snacks, coffee, and spices. The spacious yard and many outdoor toys called to the children to play outside in spite of the rain. Inside, the board games in the sunroom kept them occupied. We enjoyed the quiet of the forest, yet were only a short drive from town. We will be back.」
