"Staff was increasingly helpful, breakfast was a huge variety and very delicious. Highly recommend staying here your first night in Japan before you go exploring. The shuttle takes you back to the airport, and from there you go by train. Highly recommend!"

"A delicious nutritious breakfast is included, incredibly clean, there’s a convenient store right inside the lobby, and staff are nice and understanding even if you don’t speak Japanese. I even made the mistake of forgetting to check out properly at the machine at the front desk cause I was ina hurry to catch a flight, yet they were understanding enough to check me out manually and didn’t charge me extra after I had emailed them about my situation. Really great hotel, would recommend it to anyone, especially for the price to quality ratio!"

It was a new experience sleeping in a capsule. I didn’t find it claustrophobic, but it might feel that way for some people."

"I arrived very early in the morning having made a very long train transfer from Haneda airport. Checkin was easy, friendly and washed away the anxiety of a tough day’s travel. The room was exceptionally large, comfortable and ready for a weary traveller. As I was on a late flight out the next day, I had a slightly later checkout and spent the afternoon in the lobby lounge. Lunch was delicious and the wait went by effortlessly until I took the airport shuttle to the terminal. It was a wonderful end to eight days on Hokkaido"
