Our hotel wasn't necessarily *close* to all the food/shopping or the fort, but it was within a reasonable walk that felt safe to us. 「Very nice and clean hotel! Reception was closed but I got very detailed instructions before arrival on how to retreive my key and find the room. I was also gifted sweets and wine. I loved that the fridge was bigger than usual hotel fridges/minibar. I also got the breakfast, which was served at a nearby café, and I got my breakfast served at the table. Very cozy place and everything was tasty! Highly recommend this hotel!」

We stayed here one night, and were very impressed by the studio, it was functional, beautiful and in rather pristine condition for a rental studio. We were more exhausted than we anticipated, and the hostess noticed and offered us without us asking to get some extra sleep until she had cleaned the other studios. We were pleasantly surprised with multiple factors and would without a doubt return & recommend...

「Very responsive host and the remarkably clean and organized hotel room with secured/easy access was conveniently located in the city center near the Herakleion port. Restaurants and shopping district within walking distance. The host guided me through greatly with finding a parking spot which I appreciate very much. Coffee, tea, a small bottle of ouzo & other assortments were kindly accommodated, such sensible gestures added a wonderful memory to my experience in the famous greek hospitality....

「We had an excellent stay! We were celebrating a special occasion and we were lucky enough to get a free room upgrade. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. We even got free access to the spa (jacuzzi and saunas). The breakfast was also delicious and well presented. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is great too as it is a short walk to the main square with lots of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended hotel and would definitely stay here again! 」
