「This place is off the beaten path and really unique. This place can comfortably sleep 8 people and has plenty of outside deck area. Although we aren't fishers... This is a great place for people who fish. The grandkids loved the loft room and unique steps up to that room. The place was clean and had plenty of linens and beach towels. We had a great time.」

「The hosts live super close and we met them right away. Keith was about to go for a ride in his mud boat and asked us to join him. Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed this. We seen parts Caddo Lake that most people will never see. Our room was super clean and quiet. The property is beautiful with a large well kept lawn that leads you right to the water. I can’t say enough good things about this lodge and the hosts. I hope we get to go again soon. Thank you both so such a wonderful weekend!...

「Great cabin for me and my sons. We spent 2 days fishing. Easy place close to cabin to launch our boat. Quiet. Also ate at the nearby Mexican restaurant which was great with fast service.」

「This was a lovely, quiet spot. Keith, the owner, was on site, helpful, friendly and welcoming. He offered us his picnic pavilion as shelter for our car when a hailstorm was predicted. He also gave us free use of kayaks on his second property down the road (near a cypress bayou.) This is not a luxury property, but it is clean and pleasant. Make sure you know how to get there in advance. GPS may send you the wrong way and wifi may be spotty. 」

The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms comfortable, the neighborhood quiet, and the view beautiful all while being close to Caddo Lake activities. Thank you for a restful and fun place for me and the kids!」

「Property is just as described. The porch over the water is serene. Fish weren't biting, the area is slightly flooded, but a very relaxing getaway. The bed is comfortable. Everything you need for cooking is available, just bring your groceries and don't forget the coffee. The town of Jefferson is nearby with nice restaurants and plenty of antique shops.」
