「Everything was great with the property. Communication was excellent. We stayed during August summertime and the unit was hot but because of the 24/7 support they were able to provide us an electric fan which was a lifesaver.」

「No key handover. Slow communication and doubled parking fee than previously announced (20 Euro per day) We had to wait outside in the cold for 30min even though we notified the host several time before arriving (30 minutes via telephone). 」

「good:- close to super market and city centre (walking distance)- nearby parking spot (6 / night)- fast communication with the ownersbad:- when we arrived, the key box was empty, we had to wait then 30 min for the owner to arrive- in the kitchen it smelled like vomit but we could not see were it came from (window was open our whole stay and we avoided the kitchen)- on arrival there was a cigarette filter in the toilet (which made me think how that can be if it was cleaned)」
