Arabadzhievata Kashta is a newly-built house, designed with respect to the traditional Bulgarian style. It's a 5 minute walk to the town centre, 15 minutes to the mountain lift and paragliding bases. The famous Pine Forest, with its beautiful hiking paths, is right by the house. Sopot is famous for its ice-cold water that comes straight from the mountain springs. One of the spring water taps is right on your doorstep, so you can relax enjoying the benefits of fresh air and crystal clear water.
We built this house with a lot of respect to the traditional local style and we've used the services of local craftsmen whenever possible. For example, talented local carpenters made the windows and doors, the kitchen, flooring, the beautiful staircase and most of the furniture, using locally sourced pine wood. Even the bed linen, curtains and the decorative crochet cushions were sewn by very gifted ladies from Sopot and Karlovo.
On the ground floor there is a large open plan living space, featuring a double-sided fire place, 52" smart TV and a large kitchen with all modern amenities. The wide french doors off the living room open onto the garden terrace with dining area sitting up to 8 adults. On the ground floor there's also a utility room and a separate loo.
Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms (one of them has its own private bathroom) and a family bathroom with shower and a beautiful bath.

Bedroom 4 - is the best for children. It has a bunk bed and a trundle bed and has views to the forest.
We are confident that you'll enjoy the beautifully designed space inside the house. We're still doing some work in the garden, but we'll do the best we can to tidy up before your arrival.
