Stunning home in Olpenitz with sauna

Water wherever you look. Situated on a narrow spit of land between the Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, the Edith holiday home is located directly on the water with a fantastic view of the Schlei. Three terraces on three levels, high-quality furnishings and modern facilities invite you to linger and relax.



The open-plan living/dining area on the ground floor impresses with floor-to-ceiling windows through which you can enjoy the idyllic view of the Schlei. A seating area, wood-burning stove and a large dining table ensure cosiness and conviviality. Directly adjacent to the living room is the terrace with a panoramic view of the Schlei. Fantastic sunsets provide romance here. The kitchen, equipped with quality products from WMF and Bosch, including an induction hob, leaves nothing to be desired and offers everything your heart desires.



Two bedrooms on the upper floor provide space for up to four adults to wake up and fall asleep with a view of the water. The master bedroom with double bed boasts a direct view of the Schlei and is directly adjacent to a cosy balcony, so you can enjoy the Baltic Sea breeze as soon as you get up. The second bedroom faces the harbour and is furnished with two single beds that can be easily pushed together. Entertainment is provided by a TV with a home entertainment programme in each bedroom. A further sleeping area is available on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.



Also on the first floor is the main bathroom with a personal wellness programme: whirlpool bath, Finnish sauna with water view and shower turn this bathroom into a wellness oasis.



A further shower room on the ground floor provides additional comfort.



The highlight of the Edith holiday home is the large roof terrace, which offers an all-round water view of the Schlei, its estuary into the Baltic Sea and the resort's harbour. Here you can enjoy the sun and the unique water landscape to the full.



Our favourite spot: take a seat on the stylish kitchen sofa and enjoy the wonderful view of the Schlei while enjoying a delicious holiday meal.



There are car parking spaces and a bicycle shed directly in front of the house.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
