Lovely apartment in Olpenitz with sauna

  • Holiday apartment "Am Yachthafen". Situated on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz, this ground-floor holiday property boasts a fantastic view of the water and all-day sun on the south-facing terrace. The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger.



    Wellness enthusiasts will get their money's worth, infrared sauna (heat cabin) with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a whirlpool bathtub invite you to relax after a walk on the beach. A shower provides additional comfort.



    Fantastic views open up from the living area through floor-to-ceiling windows across the adjoining terrace overlooking the marina. A harbour cinema provides entertainment during a sociable barbecue evening or romantic candlelight dinner.



    On holiday there is time for creative cooking, and the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast right by the water, pure holiday feeling.



    Indoor entertainment is also provided by the fibre-optic Wi-Fi and access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.



    The two bedrooms provide access to the second terrace and offer two additional TVs.



    Underfloor heating, a whirlpool bath and sauna promise comfort at any time of year.



    The entire holiday apartment has fly screens on the windows and doors.



    There is a private car park and bicycle shed in front of the house.



    The holiday accommodation is a ground floor apartment.



    Our favourite spot: sunbathing in the pleasant Baltic Sea breeze on the south-facing terrace, with a view of passing sailing ships and seagulls in the blue sky.



    Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Die Wohnung und die Lage waren super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider wurde im Ostsee Resort vergessen, dass auch Fußgänger unterwegs sind. Gehwege fehlen. Und leider steht eine Bauruine im Resort. Es ist zu wünschen, dass sich ein Investor findet.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wasser, ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet , 1 a ausgestattet , es fehlt an nichts - man fühlt sich wohl , lässt die Selle baumeln , genießt das Flair der Wohnung und den zauberhaften Blick auf das Wasser. Ein eigener Strandkorb auf der Terrasse , wertet das ganze auf . Vielen Dank , wir kommen ganz sicher wieder !

Die Wohnung ist unserer Meinung nach sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich hergerichtet. Ein Lob an die Reinigungscrew. Aber auch alle anderen Service-Mitarbeiter der Ferienhaus-Agentur waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Wasserverliebte ist die Hafen-Lage genau richtig. Es gibt immer was zu gucken, aber man kann trotzdem die Ruhe im ORO genießen. Hoffentlich bleibt es so. Die Umgebung an Ostsee und Schlei eignet sich hervorragend zum Fahrrad fahren. Wir haben wunderschöne Touren unternommen und es uns nachmittags auf ‘unserer‘ Terrasse gemütlich gemacht. Super sind da auch die Fahrradschuppen zu jeder Wohnung. Kleines Manko: es gibt im Schuppen keine Lademöglichkeit, um E-Bikes wieder aufzuladen. Bei der zunehmenden Anzahl von E-Bikes wäre es vielleicht eine Überlegung wert? Für Preis/Leistung haben wir nur 4 Sterne vergeben, da die Preisklasse schon recht gehoben ist. Andererseits war ein besonderer Geschmack schon immer etwas teurer. Den einzigen Kritikpunkt, den wir anmerken möchten: dass es (noch) zu wenig Restaurants fürs Abendessen gibt. Wir gehen halt im Urlaub abends gerne ins Restaurant und möchten nicht unbedingt selbst kochen. Man könnte abends noch nach Kappeln fahren, aber das wollten wir auch nicht. Wir hoffen, dass sich vielleicht bis zu unserem nächsten Aufenthalt, diesbezüglich schon etwas geändert hat. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub im ORO.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage , direkt am Wasser mit einem Traumausblick , Hafenkino garantiert. Sauna und Whirlpool im eigenen Bad. 2 Minuten bis zum Sandstrand. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !
