Awesome home in Olpenitz with sauna

With the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz on one side and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei on the other, this holiday home impresses with its all-round waterfront location on a narrow spit of land surrounded by water. The white sandy beach of OstseeResort Olpenitz and the Weidefeld sandy beach are just a few minutes' walk away.



The view falls through floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts onto beautiful water scenery. The holiday home has a terrace with harbour views on every level. The highlight: the large 360° roof terrace with all-day sun.



And if you're looking for a wellness holiday, you'll find it here, with a Finnish sauna and relaxing whirlpool bath for relaxation after a long walk on the beach.



The open-plan, light-flooded living and dining area is located on the ground floor of the holiday home. From here you have direct access to the adjoining terrace with its Nordic wicker beach chair. Breakfast in the morning sun or a barbecue evening together, harbour cinema is guaranteed. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is fully equipped for your holiday comfort.



The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating. Finnish sauna, whirlpool bath and wood-burning stove promise comfort at any time of year and make this holiday home really cosy, even on cold Nordic days. The Smart TV with Telekom Home Entertainment programme provides additional entertainment.



The relaxation area of the holiday home is located on the first floor. Guests can fall asleep in two bedrooms and wake up to a view of the water. While enjoying a morning coffee on the adjoining terrace of the harbour view bedroom, you can watch sailing ships setting sail.



The fully equipped bathroom with a view of the water is also located on this level.



A guest WC on the ground floor provides additional comfort.



There is a car parking space and a bicycle shed directly in front of the house.



Our favourite place: terrace hopping, a morning coffee on the bedroom terrace, sunbathing on the roof terrace and then, after a long walk on the beach, a barbecue evening on the water terrace on the ground floor - that's a holiday.



The holiday home Leuchtturm is one half of the house.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class holiday. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
