No construction is taking place in the parking area, although occasional vehicle activity and related noise may be noticeable. This activity is not scheduled on weekends.

A starter supply of coffee, paper towels, soap and shampoo, laundry detergent, and dish detergent is provided, along with bath and beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler.

Late departures must be arranged at the time of booking for a fee of half a day's rent.
