The Amnis excels in every aspect a hotel could offer - from its impeccable service and amenities to top-tier cleanliness and comfort. Special praise goes to the food quality, which exceeded my expectations with ease. The only minor drawback (if any) is the swimming pool. While it is a stunning outdoor infinity pool, the water temperature is quite chilly, even on a hot summer day. This is likely due to the direction the pool faces, which limits its exposure to direct sunlight, making it better suited for serious lap swimmers rather than families looking to splash around.

This was one of the best hotel I've stayed around the world. I traveled with my mom to celebrate her 60th bday. The staffs were friendly and the hotel sauna was wonderful (my mom's fav part of staying). I personally loved how spacious the bathroom is with extra closets next to it. Definitely would come back. Also thanks for the complimentary cakes!

ホテル内はロビー、お部屋共に清潔で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。ロビー内のスタッフも清掃のスタッフも依頼したことは、とても丁寧に対応してくれました。ただ、朝食時のレストランスタッフに飲み物をお願いしたところ、忘れてしまったのか2度もお願いしたが持ってきてもらえず退席しました。その対応だけが残念でしたが、他はとても満足しました。

然一酒店硬體設施體驗與服務人員的親切服務著實值得嘉許,但此次訂房2008房因前一貴賓卡客延遲退房至pm16:30(我們等到18:00問了接待人員無數次都不敢回答房間沒準備好的原因,只好放話說:我一定客訴!,即使如此也不告知實情,直到隔日要退房了才說原因);飯店沒有提前告知15:30抵達飯店的我(前一天還告知15:00可check in)(此次訂房入住6間，唯獨2008號房讓我父母等到18:20才通知房間好了)(此次家族聚會原就是為了父母慶生，結果竟是父母的房間出槌),然一酒店突發狀況處理能力有待加強(不該讓客人等候這麼久卻不告知實情!全世界三星級以上酒店都不該犯如此離譜的錯)有待加強員工教育訓練來改善!

Very nice hotel! Everyone was so kind, breakfast was delicious. We ate at Ukai-tei Teppenyaki and it was the best dinner we’ve both had. Room amenities were so nice, and infinite pool was very relaxing. We fully recommend.

之前到高雄都住洲際或是承億酒店，因為晚餐吃Ukai的原因，所以這次選擇住晶英，本來想說會不會因為飯店比較久，所以可能會舊舊的，沒想到房間整潔乾淨 所以都維持的非常好 整體硬體軟體設備跟住宿都很舒適 床也非常好睡 服務人員親切有禮貌 下次會再選擇住晶英酒店

Exceptional Stay at Silks Club Kaohsiung From the moment we arrived, we felt transported into a world of tranquility and refined luxury. The hotel’s attentive and intuitive staff elevated our experience, always anticipating our needs and ensuring every detail was flawless. The atmosphere is serene and spa-like, making it an oasis in the city. Every element, from the tasteful design to the elegant furnishings, exudes understated luxury. It truly feels like an exclusive private club, where guests receive the highest level of care. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and left nothing to be desired. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, creating the perfect setting to relax and unwind. A highlight of our stay was the Dassai Bar. While there were initial issues with time management, the staff more than made up for it. The intimate ambiance, exquisite small plates, and perfectly curated sake selection made for an unforgettable experience. We sampled the Dassai Blue range and were thoroughly impressed.
