The hotel was brand new, with lovely wooden floors and decor. Check in was easy and welcoming and location is close to shops, restaurants and Ueno station. The room is a large open space (we had three people in the flower room). There was also a portable cooking hob if you need to do simple cooking. We thought it was great value for the busy season we were in Tokyo. There wasn’t much to fault, only one minor things which may have made the stay even better- another option for pillow (although this may have been available, and I just didn’t ask).

Brand new property from the MONday chain. Rooms are large with Apart-Hotel style amenities.
Washer and dryer in the room made it quite convenient.
Rooms are fully functional and only small minor complains.
The proximity to the VERY busy Yamanote and Shinkansen lines literally on your window made it slightly inconvenient, although it was not horrible...
The AC blows literally on the beds. There was no way to change the direction of the flow. It would help tremendously to put a diverter in the AC unit.

We had a great stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, which made the experience even better. We also appreciated having access to laundry facilities and a kitchen—it made our stay much more convenient, especially for a longer trip.
The location was good and made it easy to get around and explore. The only minor downside was that space felt a bit limited at times, but it’s pretty normal for this type of accommodation.
Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay.
