Place was alright.

Stayed for 6 nights. Nothing special to talk about. Stayed at 3 other places on trip that were nicer. Be good for bigger groups but was overpriced for the 4 of us.

Great value property

We have stayed at multiple 2 bedroom units in this development, but had extended family join us this time and needed another bedroom. This unit is in a perfect location to easily access the pool area as well as guest parking. The kitchen was probably the best equipped and well labeled of any we have stayed at.

Home away from home

Property was just as listed. Directions were really good for our arrival to go smooth. The location was very convenient and we did lots of walking in the area. Groc store and a few other amenities were about a 10 min walk. This included a nice little coffee shop to walk to in the morning. The area was really quiet. We had small children and the pool was excellent for them. They spent hours in the pool. Would definitely go back to this place.

Great place

Awesome house with a great location. Very close to the beaches and resorts. House was very clean and well set up. Instructions were clear and they had a very convenient little notebook about things to do in the area. It was a great experience for my family of 4 and parents.

Fairways Favorite!

The Fairways is in an ideal location in the Mauna Lani resort. Right in between the Petroglyph Park/Fairmont and the Mauna Lani Shopping Center. Walking to both is a breeze. We loved our walks to the ocean front trail for the gorgeous sunsets. The grounds in the Fairways are beautifully maintained and the pool is wonderful, including the hot tub. Though there is not a territorial view, the neighborhood common ground is lush with Hawaiian landscapes, plenty of shade around the unit and pool and good security. The property owners had a completely furnished unit with everything we needed for our stay. And importantly it had great AC and overhead fans in every main room. It was easy to cook at home and we enjoyed grilling and eating on the patio. The little workout room had what we needed for extra fitness, but a sign-up was needed because of its size. We so appreciated the beach equipment and big fluffy beach towels. Our easy drive to the Beach Club was always rewarded by great ocean swims & snorkeling, including the enjoyable walking trails to the fish ponds and the beach front of the lovely hotel. Highly recommended.

Awesome how and location

We loved this house! It was clean, spacious, in a nice gated community with pool and hot tub close by. It’s a 20 minute walk to food-land and Tommy Bahama, and 20 minute walk to the Mauna Lani Fitness Center. The house came with bikes and my boys would ride to the gym. It was also close to our favorite golf courses. We had to contact the manager for a missing supply and he responded immediately. I highly recommend this property!

Great!

Well stocked and equipped kitchen. Large bed and bathrooms. Korby was very responsive throughout our stay and Hawaii Luxury Real Estate was proactive to notify about the Hawaii fires, which happened just before we arrived. Several great beaches a short drive away including the Beach Club. Fairways is a gated complex and near the pool is a modest fitness center you can reserve. Nearest grocery is 2/3 mile, 15 min walk away--very convenient!

Well-stocked and Beautiful Place

This was our favorite stay in Hawaii. The condo had lots of space for 3 couples and was very well-stocked including laundry pods and many pay-it-forward kitchen items. The garage closet included beach chairs and snorkel gear. The pool on site is really nice, and the private beach club is amazing!

Amazing

We were looking for a property to house our older kids, (15, 18, 20) and us which had to be close to the pool/gym, beaches and stores. This property delivered all of those and more. It was clean, spacious and centrally located. Great beach furniture and bikes. Korby was great as a property manager - very prompt courteous. Great family vacation with valuable memories made. Gorgeous condo

We had a great time at our recent stay. This condo is really nice and the A/C was especially nice. Loved having all the comforts of home, including a washer & dryer. The walk to the pool is very short and I like that it had a covered area for sitting. I do wish there were closer meal options but there are some - just be sure to make reservations well ahead of your trip. We only went to the beach club once because it was really crowded. Mostly we were at the pool or out sightseeing. Enjoyed evenings on the lanai, watching the occasional mongoose sneak by. There was a friendly cat that liked to visit us and my kids loved that.

Excellent overall

We've been going to mauna lani for years. This I'd the first time we rented at the fairway. The location is great and the condo is very spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked with oil, spices, and condiments. The beds are comfortable. Definitely will rent again.

The best condo at Mauna Lani Fairways!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious, well appointed, comfortable, and in a perfect location to enjoy the lanai and pool. The kitchen was well outfitted for cooking and BBQ. We had friends stay in other units nearby and this was the best by far.

Great location, amenities and beautiful home.

This is a great location, close to the Fairmont Orchid, Mauna Lani and a small shopping center with an excellent grocery store. The beach club was a short drive away and the beach chairs, umbrellas and other equipment was a bonus. This is a beautiful home with a fully equipped kitchen, close access to the pool and lots of walking options out the front door.

Fabulous Mauna Lani property

Our family had a fantastic stay at 1605 the Fairways in Mauna Lani. The property was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, lots of towels and beach supplies were provided. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Great place for Families

This place is perfect for a family, we were on island visiting my brother and stayed in the condo with his family and ours, was perfect, we could walk to the stores and restaurants. This place was clean with tons of room for everyone. Access the beach club and pool was great. Will definitely stay again.
