Our family’s stay at Na Hale 1 was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The house is beautifully maintained, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. The layout is spacious, making it easy for everyone in our group to have their own space while still enjoying time together in the common areas.The location could not have been better — close to the beach and two 5-star resorts, with gorgeous views and a peaceful atmosphere that made every morning feel magical. We loved starting the day with coffee on the lanai and ending it with the sound of the ocean.What really made Na Hale 1 special, though, was the thoughtful touches throughout the home — from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and cozy decor. It’s clear the hosts take great pride in making sure guests feel welcome and cared for.We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals, but Na Hale 1 truly stands out. It exceeded all our expectations and gave our family memories we’ll cherish forever. We can’t wait to return!

Family Trip

Our trip here was wonderful.The communication leading up to and during the trip was excellent. We were met at the house on our arrival and given a tour and had all the features and amenities explained.Our party included three generations, including one that required the use of a cane. The layout and single level was easy for everyone. The use of the golf cart (seats 6 which was the size of our party) made getting everyone down to the club and beach, as well as around the resort grounds easy.The property itself was very clean and tidy. Labels on all the light switches made it easy to know what switch was needed for everything. The kitchen had everything we needed and we didn’t come across any items we desired that were not provided.We particularly liked the layout where each bedroom is private and separated with en suite but had the pool in the center and kitchen/family room as the main gathering point at the front of the property.Our only issue on the stay was one of the bedroom AC units stopped working near the end of our stay. This isn’t anything that can be blamed, these things happen. The host response was quick and engaging and they worked hard to find a solution that met our needs so we had no issues despite the inconvenience.

Paradise

Perfect location next to the Fairmont orchid and associated kid-friendly beach, access to this lovely home and the nearby beach club (2 min golf cart ride) was amazing for our multigenerational family. Very cool outdoor/indoor living spaces and feels very private. Host was communicative and helpful, even checking in during a windstorm to make sure we had no concerns. Would definitely stay here again. Just paradise!

Fantastic family vacation

This property was fantastic. Great init to house a family group. From reservation to check in was seamless. Kai was terrific and very responsive It was a well appointed kitchen and all the towels, lotions, beach toys were great. Kris and Kate, ( property manages) were very responsive. I would guve thia entire experience a 10 star and made our family vacation very memorable.

Incredible vacation home & location

Great layout, great furnishings, great attentive property management, incredible location and the house has everything you need - from kitchen utensils and equipment to 6 person golf cart, beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, bikes, etc. The beach club is a very nice high end club with a beautiful pool, all you need fitness center, etc. Rent without hesitation. A True Paradise

This is a spectacular rental along with the management team. The home was spotless and in perfect working order. The entire property including the main living area, sleeping areas, pool, and spa are of such superb quality that they exceeded our expectations. We can't praise the management team enough as they went out of their way to accommodate including coordinating our late check-out. The only difficult situation was that we had to leave. We all thank you!

a wonderful sanctuary

This house was as good as expected and was perfect for our group. It was very well-stocked with essentials and all the rooms are so comfortable and luxurious. The pool is a perfect temperature (we were there in July) and extremely private. We would definitely come back!

Family Wedding Fun

Loved our stay at this gorgeous home. The bride and groom were at the Fairmont so made it super easy to stay connected. Beautiful home lovely pool, fun golf cart and water toys!

Great House in Kohalla Coast

Wonderful property in an exclusive gated neighborhood!! The best part of the property is the location and access to the exclusive Pauoa Beach Club. Nice community pool and private pool, and steps away from the beach. Get a massage in the private Beach Club Hale Table, so nice. Owners provide everything to enjoy the beach (umbrella, chairs, snorkel, boogie boards, and rafts). Pauoa Beach/Fairmont Orchid is rather crowded and they do not allow umbrellas. The beach at Mauna Lani has chairs and cabanas, only a 10 min golf cart ride away. Better snorkeling at Mauna Lani beach. If you use Fairmont beach do it early or late, wonderful sunset! Many weddings/events at the Fairmont which squished all the beach goers into a small space, this happens daily. The Fairmont does have a nice bar Cabana however and an exclusive feel. The house is clean and spacious, every amenity is available. A bit light on bath towel and beach towel provisions, we did a lot of towel laundry. The only cons were the hot tub does not get very hot or stay hot... This was a disappointment. The property manager is helpful and scheduled other home maintenance around our schedule while we stayed for two weeks. Hot tub is not broken, but just does not stay hot, likely due to energy ideals. The rain showers are fabulous! Exclusive neighborhood and area, golf cart is perfect for access to golf courses, beaches, and shopping. No cart access roads to the Wakoloa queens/kings area with better shopping, but a short car ride away as you need to use hwy 19. This fabulous home is the "small" home of the subdivision, most of the other homes are even more amazing if you can believe that. Thank you Kia and Chris for a wonderful hosting.

Fabulous Vacation

What a beautiful home! Very well appointed and very well taken care of. The house was a wonderful gathering place to relax & catch some sun by the pool, and the golf cart was perfect to have to take to the shops and beach clubs. The house pods are the perfect balance providing space for both private quiet time and gathering as a group. We very much enjoyed our stay at Anne & Kai’s home and Chris and Kate took expert care of us. We would readily book again for another visit to the Big Island!

Beautiful home for our family

This place was amazing! It was perfect for us as each bedroom has its own separate casita. This is cool and unique but also practical so when someone is grinding coffee beans early in the morning( parents) the kids and grandmas can continue to sleep in. The pool and grounds are beautiful! The outdoor showers outside of each bedroom are so luxurious and relaxing. This would also be a great property for three couples or a group of women for a relaxing getaway. We had a wonderful time and also enjoyed the community infinity pool and beach. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Beautiful Home

Stayed at this home with my family and had a great time. The home provided an excellent mix of privacy with the bedroom pods and our own pool/hot tub. The easy access to the beach with wonderful snorkeling and the use of the golf cart was perfect. Would recommend to anyone.
