Bathroom was dated, reception staff were ok. Annoying you can't sit and enjoy a coffee outside the club area. The hotel lobby was clean, but a very strong smell of air freshner, and slightly on the cold side.

I had 4 rooms and all 4 rooms on all floors were treated differently in terms of servicing which was odd. They charge me 3300 rupees for some boiled pasta for kids which is outrageous.
