  • Snowy-season escape on 15 private acres: a wood stove on a river-rock hearth, heated tile floors, and a two-story wall of windows looking across the Flathead Valley to the Swan Range and the peaks of Glacier National Park. Ski Blacktail Mountain (35 min) or Whitefish Mountain Resort (96 min) by day, then come home to quiet woods, deer tracks in the snow, and a sky full of stars. Kalispell's restaurants, groceries, and shops are just 15 minutes away.

    WINTER AT THE CABIN
    • Wood stove in the living room

    • Driveway: plowed by the host after about 4 inches of snow; AWD or 4WD recommended November–March
    • Snowshoes and sleds available for guests

    STAY AWHILE

    THE HOME
    Main floor: an open living and dining area beneath soaring log beams, a fully stocked kitchen with a large breakfast bar and a quiet Bosch dishwasher, and a coffee setup with drip, French press, espresso, and pod maker. The living room has the wood stove and opens to the deck. Two queen bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower.
    Upstairs: an open loft with a queen bed tucked into a cozy alcove and a view over the forest and mountains. The master suite has a handcrafted king log bed, a private bath, separate shower, and double sinks, and a door to its own private balcony.

    SLEEPING
    One king and three queen beds sleep 8 comfortably. Three twin-size camping mats (4 inches thick) bring the total to 11.

    FOR EVERYONE
    A 52" smart TV, a DVD and movie library, board games, books, kids' toys and activity books, and a travel crib. For warmer days: a stone fire pit, horseshoes, cornhole, a rope hammock in the pines, and a wraparound deck that faces west for sunsets.

Log cabin vacation

Loved the house and property, wild turkeys and deer were plentiful to see throughout the property, Tanya was awesome to work with, great communication. I highly recommend staying there, it was very quiet and relaxing, the house is beautiful. Only 40 minutes to Glacier.

Dream GNP Trip

There’s not enough space here to list all the wonderful amenities of this Kalispell cabin on 3 acres and its central location to many of the world-class in this area of Montana. If you are planning a trip to hike in Glacier National Park or water sports at Flathead Lake, this cabin is an ideal place to call home.

The Perfect Hid Away Get Away

The home is gorgeous! It has everything needs to be comfortable during your stay. The wildlife there visited us daily (deer and wild turkey), We even caught a glimpse of a bobcat. The home is close enough in everything needed and places to go but yet still gives you the privacy and seclusion if you’re looking for that. The host are so nice and helpful with great communication. Will def stay there again.

I booked this property while visiting my nephew's family. We really enjoyed the cabin & the fabulous views. My great niece's and nephew loved running around & following the turkeys. I tried to beat my nephew in horseshoes, to no avail.

My husband and I spent a week at this beautiful cabin which is absolutely top notch in every facet that matters such as the bedding, kitchen wares, comfortable couches, and mountain views. We have stayed at more than 10 cabins over the years and this cabin ranks at the top. The owner, Tanya is on top of every aspect and has taken great care in ensuring that pretty much anything you may need to make your stay comfortable is there and everything is labeled for ease of use. From bear spray, coolers, walking sticks, zip lock bags, a fully stocked kitchen of every utensil and pan you could need (and all in good condition), there is too much to list but I can honestly say, it is this attention to detail that made our stay an exceptional experience. In addition, we saw deer and turkeys pretty much everyday of our stay right out the huge picture windows. We used the cabin as our base to visit Glacier and the surrounding area and if we come back, we will definitely book our stay at this amazing cabin.

Little piece of Heaven.

This was such a beautifully renovated cabin that my family and I shared and built so many fond memories. The laughter and bonding was priceless. I will definitely be back to stay. Tanya was attentive and kind and patient (I kept adding people to come) all 8 of us were comfortable and loved Gods natural beauty every morning day and night. Great Place

House was beautiful, clean, and very updated. Plenty of space for our 7 guests. Kalispell was not a far drive from the house and you can see a great view of it from the porch. Tanya kept in touch the whole time and was very clear with everything. If I ever get back to Montana I would 100% stay here again. Thank you Tanya!

What dreams are made of.

We rent cabins every year. This was the most beautiful. Owners were quick to respond to any issues. Very friendly and helpful. This cabin lives up to it's pictures. Just beautiful. Everything went as smooth as could be expected. Loved every minute. Didn't want to leave.

Great stay location - Kalispell MT.

Me, my wife and daughter spent a week @ the cabin and had a fabulous stay, an actual log cabin, not the pseudo siding log cabins so popular here in Arizona. Cabin is remotely located with deer wandering around the property, as our infant daughter relished the moments. The wood fire pit, hammock, propane fire pit and Adirondack chairs were a source of entertainment and relaxation for me and my family. The availability to W/D and R.O water was a real convenience. A completely tranquil experience as advertised, 5 stars. Property owner/host Tanya was available real time to address questions and concerns via phone/text. Just need to lookout for the multitude of wild turkeys as you navigate the road up to cabin. :-)

Glacier-View Log Home

Wonderful location just outside of Kalispell and close to Glacier Park. The quiet fifteen acres at the end of a private road provided us with a variety of peaceful viewing opportunities of wildlife or the scenery, whether we were inside or outside of the home. There was room for our family of eight adults and two children to have alone time or shared time together. The kitchen is large with numerous draws, cabinets, appliances, and well supplied with cooking utensils. The dining table and bar area provided space for family dinners or a place to socialize and plan our adventure. Large closets, separate laundry room, large entry way, and living room provided plenty of space for storage, managing apparel, and just hanging out. The whole atmosphere provided a stress free, relaxing vacation for our family.

We wish we could give this property more than 5 stars! It was absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. We appreciated all the extra clean/healthy options with limited plastics, safer soaps/detergents, etc. Our host was so incredibly kind and responsive- checking in periodically to make sure everything was ok. This stay could not possibly have been any better! Thank you for sharing such a well appointed, spacious, welcoming vacation home!
