You get what you pay for. We just needed a bed to sleep in for a few hours so we weren’t expecting anything crazy. Bathroom (mainly the bathtub) was a bit dirty and bath towels were very old/used/thin. Staff was friendly when we checked in.

This property was okay to stay to rest. It was a little confusing to find the place, as it didnt have a sign on thr building. Not much as far as amenities. Old building, but very friendly staff. The room felt cozy and safe.

Room was clean, check-in was quick. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, like sleeping on a concrete slab.

The place seemed clean enough and staff was fine. There was what seemed to be a couple baby cockroaches one was on the wall when we first walked in and turned on the lights and another in the bathroom, plus other smell dead bugs in a corner in the bathroom. We decided not to bring our bags in from the car. There were many people outside hanging around and loitering and made my son a little uneasy to go out anywhere. There was free breakfast but the coffee wasn't great and we did not eat the food.

Reasonably priced nice facility.

The room was clean and and well kept. The temperature and heat and cooling system adjusted accordingly. Only had 1 full size towel in the room though. They gave me a pool towel when i asked for an additional one.

Service was wonderful at both check in and out, plus gave helpful information about air museum nearby. They took into consideration a special need we had and accommodated us. Couldn't be more pleased with the people! Carpet and room chair needed cleaning. Bathroom very clean, though as were linens. Bed pretty uncomfortable. Didn't eat breakfast so can't review.

Arrived to stand and wait after 8 hour delivery, staff finally arrived at the front desk. I get to my room and went to shower, tub and bathroom was filthy, only 1 light in the room worked. They changed my room after i complained so have to move another 20 minutes room was clean bathtub stained wouldnt drain so stood in puddle of soapy water. Was charged $98, got there 9pm didnt get setlled till after 10pm. The plus was the breakfast really good. There pool is not useable, so heads up your still paying for the use.

Kalamazoo postcard show

Room was good. Bed comfy. A lot of traffic noise from hiway. No ice machines at all. They did have a chest freezer with ice. Staff was super friendly and talkative. Will stay here again.

The main area of the room has carpeting that needs a cleaning, the bathroom needs a major redo, lighting is poor for putting on makeup, shower had great water pressure and was hot. Bed slept comfortable.
