I don’t normally write reviews, but I was pretty disappointed with our stay and felt it was worth sharing our experience. On a positive note, the views from our room were beautiful, and the property itself is gorgeous. It’s in a very safe, family-friendly area, which is one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made the experience disappointing. During our three-night stay, our room was never serviced once. When we called to request fresh towels, we were told the hotel was “out of towels,” which was surprising and frustrating. The complimentary breakfast was also very mediocre, and we ended up eating elsewhere every morning. To top it off, the pool was closed for maintenance. Since the pool was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, that was a major disappointment. Had this been a more budget-friendly hotel, these issues may not have bothered us as much. However, considering how much we paid for our stay, we expected a much better experience and ultimately left feeling disappointed.

The employees were nice, friendly and helpful. The room was roomy, clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. I really like that the B&B Theater was right across the street to walk to. We enjoyed a movie at the Theater.
