「The property stuff is fantastic, they will do everything they can to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They even lent me money to hire taxi and for other spending when I had trouble to withdraw money from ATM. Highly recommend.」

TV from the 50s and not working No wifi available, bed wirhout matrix only the base, you sleep on the ribbons, fridge connection does not match with socket. I lost my money with that booking, I was only one night and had to pay other place. It was the more traumatic experience I have had.」

「Great and quick communication with the hotel before arrival. I wrote them saying i wouldnt arrive until 1 am and they said no problem and assured me they would be waiting for me. And gave me the names and contact details of the staff that would be there. As taxi was dropping me off the security gate opened with the guard and young man welcoming me. And then the lady came out to welcome me as well . Arriving in kigali for the first time at 12 am it is nice to stay at this place not too far...
