At this price for a san francisco hotel I'm not sure how other reviewers expectations were so high. My room was not terrible, the facilities are older. it was clean, no evidence of bed bugs. Location is convenient, walking distance to shopping and food. I am a female who travelled alone and checked in at 1am, I was not uncomfortable. Homeless people are to be expected in this area of the city.

Jul 16, 2019Beautiful, short walk to the waterfall overlook. Go early - even on a Monday morning the parking filled up fast. Ewoldsen Trail from parking lot was closed due to fire damage. Be sure to pay for your parking! Ranger was patrolling and noting license plates!
