"We were given a handicap accessible room which wasn’t requested or needed. This drastically reduced counter space in the bathroom especially since there was a shower chair taking up a large area. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were very small and too soft. The ice machine on the 3rd floor never had any ice so we had to go to other floors to get ice."

"I ended up staying for an extra night because my flight was delayed. Both staff that checked me in each time were top notch. Very professional and polite. Asked us about our trip and thanked us for staying there. Best service I could ever expect. Thank you."

"There was construction going on that started at 7:30 and continued to well after 6pm very close to our room. When we checked in the lobby worker burnt the popcorn which smelled up the lobby. The kickoff dinner was very busy the dinning room was full and noisy and chaotic. I will think twice about staying again at a Drury. The manger was nice and gave a coupon for a free stay but living in California the closet one is 8 hours away, compensating our stay would have gone a long way."

"They put us in an ADA compliant room. The bathroom set up was horrible. The shower was for wheel chair access and the shower head was fixed sideways to the wall so you had to pull it off and shower. There also wasn’t any storage at the sink because the shelf was removed. A realize there is need for these things but not for us. Room service comes every other day and we weren’t told. We got back to our room late and realized no trash emptied and we didn’t have any bath towels. The person at the...

"The property was clean, staff very nice and the breakfast was delicious. We came to celebrate our anniversary and they surprised us with a nice treat in our room. It was a wonderful stay. We'll definitely be back!"
