Comfortable bed, clean room & bathroom, excellent helpful & courteous staff.

Clean and great service by the staff

The staff were very professional and nice. They were constantly cleaning the common areas in the hotel and were well maintained. The breakfast was great with the variety of options. The room was clean but a little bit old with squeaky wood floor, and my only issue was the bathroom barn style door which to me is not a suitable one for bathroom if it make sense; I don’t need to know what’s going on when someone is there or vice versa. The location is walkable to Rathaus, Parliament Building and even Museum Quarter, if you’re willing to walk a little further. There are different options for public transportations nearby, so you can reach anywhere within the city literally. Overall we liked the hotel and its location.
