Swissotel Chicago is located in an excellent area of the city, River East they call it… right on the riverfront, just west of the lake. Prime location! The room had a wonderful view of the river! It was fairly clean, but the room was showing its age, needs a refresh soon. However, the hotel staff is amazing, top notch! They make your stay comfortable, handle every single issue that comes up with a smile and absolutely make the Accor brand look great! Would I stay again, perhaps, depends on the room… but the Swissotel brand is definitely worth a look!

Walls are paper thin. We literally heard snoring all night from the room next to us. Also, the smell of cigarette smoke kept coming into our room.
