"It was a clean quiet place to stay, with plenty of room. We had a lot of fun staying here, and it was super close to the Rose Bowl Stadium where we went for an event. Ubering to there only took us 15 mins even with event traffic, so that was enjoyable! "

"The place was nice, quaint, and clean. The only critique I have was the check in process didn’t specify that the guest house was behind the fence, so I initially got lost. That being said, the host and friends were amazing and helped us out!"

Bedroom and Living Room for a quiet guest

A wonderful retreat!

"A warm and gracious welcome by Dmitry, the homeowner, set the stage for a lovely stay. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood on a street nestled in the foothills. Abundant wildlife, flora and majestic trees adorn the property. We slept most comfortably, and it was such a treat to be provided delicious Illy coffee (via Keurig machine) and bottled water. The living room area allowed a cozy couch (and interesting library) for reading. We hope to return soon, and enjoy the fine accommodations of Dmitry’s home. It fit our needs perfectly!"

Superb!!

"The property is an absolutely gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, cozy lone standing home. Has two ample rooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, large TV with all channels. There's a very large private patio with beautiful landscaping,chairs and tables to hang out. Good WIFI. You access by opening a sliding gate with a remote control you'll be provided, and parking is inside the property. The neighborhood is very nice with restaurants, supermarkets and anything you may need nearby. The Rose Bowl is 1mile away and downtown LA 25mins.Hilda is very attentive and responds to any questions promptly. This was a very special place!!!"

Property changed on day of arrival

"Unfortunately I did not get to stay at this property. The owner changed me to another location on the day of arrival stating that previous renter had COVID. The second property was not of the same quality/caliber and the owner would not refund the difference from the original home to the room I was provided which is priced at a lesser rate."
