"Pool closed, one morning of no hot water, room above us was moving furniture all night long and due to the floor we heard everything."

"I do their believe there was a difference in a third-party reservation vs going directly to the hotel and making a reservation as the two people that were at the counter with me they got the rooms right away. They were actually after me and I was told I had to wait till 3 o’clock. I got there at about 1:45. Sauce put in a room that the toilet or the water flows every 3 to 5 minutes all day all night however, other than that, the location is the reason for the hotel. The hotel is in prime location in Rochester and if you want everything to be pretty much at walking distance like the Blue Cross arena and other venues it’s a perfect place"

"Newly refreshed hotel was top notch. Very nice large rooms. Had a superb dinner at hotel’s Char restaurant. Highly recommend and will be back."

"Worst experience ever. Host and partner lives upstairs from the bnb apartment. Host and partner was caught on video multiple times stalking and put their ears to the doors of the bnb apartment while my children was inside. Support was called no one did anything about it. Host was very rude and two days prior of me being there for our 5 night stay, host put me and my children out for speaking up to support. Host maker excuses and never canceled out our stay. Worst experience I’ve had coming to Rochester ever "

"Really clean and comfy! Check-in directions were straightforward and easy to understand. Only downside was I attempted to get in touch with the owner with some questions and didn’t get a response. Super close to downtown and some good food and the neighborhood it’s in is very cool. Would totally stay again!"

"Everything was exactly what we expected upon booking.The water was very hot in bath which I loved. The only thing we would have enjoyed a little bit more was a TV in the bedroom. However it wasn't a deal breaker. The stay was pleasant and comfortable."
