"Non smoking room stank of smoke. Yelling, laughing & running around during the night. Construction work at my window every day. Was not told about construction when booking. "

"Great staff, huge room, huge bath with double sinks, double shower heads, deep jetted tub. Also two desks, a bistro table with 2 chairs as ell as desk chairs and a view of the river. Would definitely stay there again! Very comfortable king bed to top it off."

"Very poorly maintained. Bedroom ceiling fan was filthy. Carpet in second bedroom dirty and stained. Oven not clean. Fly screen big rips in it. Had to keep door closed. Overall apartment very basic. Not even a bedside table. Certainly nothing like the photos shown on your advertisement. Would not recommend this stay to any of my friends. Have tried to get in touch with owner but no response. "

"Whilst the beds were comfortable, sheets and towels clean,and water hot, the entire property would benefit from a very deep clean, as the floor, kitchen surfaces and utensils were grimey. Stains and finger marks were on the furniture and blinds.The crockery was very clean, but dripping wet in the cupboard, I suspect from having been in a hot wash, then whilst dry but hot, stacked in the cupboard, where the condensation formed leaving the crockery items wet. Utensils in the drawer had stains on them and some did not look clean,The outside area needed to be maintained as the weeds were long and the clothes line has seen better days with broken lines and a bend in the frame. The dishwasher could benefit from an internal clean.Both the washer and dryer worked well.The shower while it had a good flow and heat, was very loose fitting on the wall. The drainage in the shower was poor with excess water pooling onto the floor outside the shower door and as the water grate is not situated at the lowest point of the floor, the excess water had no where to go. The hairdryer was not fixed to the wall, which meant it was very difficult to use.On one occasion we came back to the property to find we had no water as it had been turned off due to a maintenance issue. We were not informed of this and we had to contact your head office to find out. Whilst we understand these things happen, a quick text to notify us would have been appreciated.Ok value for money."

"Stayz advertised that book in time was 2pm and we were early so agreed to pay an early fee of 20 to get in an hour early.We were charged 40 because host says there book in time was 3 pm, 20 per hour. We actually booked in at 1:15pm after I rang because we hadn’t received book in details. Couch in lounge terrible to sit on. TV’s old and main TV remote stuck together with sticky tape and only works now and then. Air conditioner in Bedroom very noisy. Won’t stay there ever again."
