"I am a fan of this hotel, because of how clea. It was, the friendliness of staff, and the comfortable room. I appreciated amenities like dove hand wash, body wash, lotion, and hair products. The bed was really comfortable. The room was spacious, and easy to relax in after traveling all day. They were helpful in finding me a dog friendly room also. I felt safe at this hotel and will return if I’m in the area."

"we got a room with a hottub but the tub didnt work. the tissue box was empty,no wash cloths, the room was had lint in it on the floor and edge of the hottub. the phone did not work and the alarm clock did not work. told the clerk about the tub not working. He said push the button but there was no button to push. will never stay there again"

"This was the first time our family has booked a vrbo reservation and were VERY well treated and communication with the host was excellent. The house was just as described and included a handy selection of kitchen dishes, silverware, and utensils that helped us not ordering out too much. The rooms were VERY clean and each room included a remote to turn the main lights on and off. The bathrooms included a set of white thick towels. The one I pulled off the stack was as tall as me. There were a few tray tables on arms of the main couch and a couple of chairs to hold your book or drink while relaxing. There were 3 bedrooms on the main floor and one downstairs (twin bunk beds and a full). We will be researching a possible reservation next summer as we visit the area to see family members. We were there with 6 of us including 3 children and one elderly lady (grandma!). We recommend this vrbo house for everyone especially if you have a big family."

"The owner/operator of this hotel location is certainly committed to providing guests a good value for the price range they service. The property is not new; however, the facility is well maintained and clean. In short, everything delivered is as promised, which says some about the integrity of this particular lodging establishment. Again, for the price range, I would recommend a stay for anyone interested."

"Our experience at this hotel, under Ron’s ownership, was a mess. Upon check-in, I specifically confirmed multiple times with the staff that my small dog was allowed. I was told the pet fee was included—no issues. Fast forward one day, suddenly I’m told dogs aren’t allowed, and I was slapped with a $300 cleaning fee. After arguing, that magically dropped to $90—$30 a night—even though my dog was only there one night. Why am I being charged for extra nights? It felt like a random shake-down. To top it off, when we called for something as simple as toilet paper, the front desk said they didn’t know where housekeeping was. No walkie-talkies? No communication? Finally, the elevator license was visibly expired—definitely not a confidence booster. It felt like a poorly managed operation all around. And to top it off the elevator certificate was expired"
