Loved the Mark Spencer Hotel. Location was great. They have a free happy hour wine from 5-6 and rooftop lounge on the weekend. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was very comfortable and I love the kitchenette area. Would absolutely stay there again.

located downtown close to everything which was nice. We Hated, absolutely hated the pillows!! Pillows were so thin it felt like sleeping without one at all, we didn’t sleep well because of it.

The staff here did a great job of going out of their way to help me when I needed something refrigerated even though it was after my checkout time. They also allowed me to get into my room early as I had an early TV call-time that afternoon and needed to take a shower. I have now stayed here 4 times and will do so again next August. This property does a good job with hiring people with great customer service.
