"Atrocious. I would leave 0 stars if it were possible. The room was filthy, broken down, bug infested, not even the bars minimum of amenities. Also there was an inappropriate drawing on the wall the management couldn't be bothered to cover. "

"The bed was comfortable. The doors slam shut and the elevator dings really loudly so if you are a light sleeper, you might not get a good night sleep. The front desk employee/manager is horrible. I ran a marathon (26.2 miles) in the morning and made it back to the hotel at 10:45 to take a 5 minute shower. While in the shower, the front desk employee banged on the door! My shower was actually less than 5 minutes so I left the room at 10:59. Checkout is 11:00. When I asked her why she was banging on the door she replied, "We had you checking out today." I said, "Um, yes, I am leaving now - it's 11:00- checkout time." She was extremely rude and inappropriate. Did she think I wanted to hang out there? She then said, "I sincerely apologize," but clearly did not mean it at all. I travel all over the country and this employee is one of the worst that I've encountered. "

"Got a different room then the one i booked. Staff didn't seem to care. Blamed it on the website. Not their problem. Sheet had stains on them. Night stand and counter tops not clean. Bolt lock on door did not work. TV remote did not work. There were no extra towels. Avoid this hotel at all cost."

"Whit checked us in, greeted like we had just gotten home from a long trip! I loved this place from driving up to the pretty lighting, to the amazing pool area. "
