I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for their bathtubs are not senior-friendly. The tub is higher than a regular one. It’s hard to get into and out of it. If you’re interested in their Fiesta Rewards membership, it would take days or a week before your account to be activated. Ask about the cancellation. They wouldn’t mention that when they’re doing their marketing sales.
The staff are friendly and their housekeeping team was excellent. Most of them speak less than basic English. Translate app would be handy.

First time to a kid friendly resort so I didn’t know what to expect. My only suggestion would be to have on going activities for kids of different ages. My daughter is 12 and there was not a whole lot of activities for her to do during the day with kids her age. But other than that we had an amazing time, the staff was great and the food was delicious.
